There are times in life when having the right support can make all the difference. That’s why I offer three levels of packages, so you can choose the option that best matches your needs and offers the level of guidance you’re looking for. All packages include personal contact with me, whether you join the Gold Group package or choose the Platinum or Diamond packages, which provide tailored 1:1 support with varying levels of personalised contact throughout your journey.
GOLD PACKAGE - Group Weight Management Programme (Online)
Five sessions over 5 weeks
This supportive online group programme is designed to help you build healthier habits through connection, shared learning and guided hypnotherapy. Group dynamics offer valuable benefits - members encourage one another, share experiences and learn together in a positive, motivating environment.
Before the first session, you’ll receive an information pack to help you set personalised goals and clarify what you want to achieve and we will explore this further within the first session. Over 5 weeks we explore key areas that contribute to a healthier lifestyle, followed by a group hypnosis session to reinforce learning and change. You’ll also receive a weekly hypnosis audio to listen to between sessions, helping you consolidate insights, strengthen motivation and stay focused on your goals.
Between sessions, simple, practical tasks will support your progress and help you stay engaged throughout the programme.
PLATINUM PACKAGE - 1:1 Weight Management Support
Personalised hypnotherapy and coaching over 12 weeks
The Platinum Package provides dedicated one-to-one support, tailored to your goals and needs. Your journey begins with an in-depth Initial Consultation (1.5–2 hours), where we explore your history, clarify your aims and create a personalised plan.
This is followed by 5 fortnightly 1-hour sessions (online or in-person), giving you focused guidance, structured habit change strategies and hypnotherapy designed specifically for you. Between sessions, you’ll have video-call support for questions, along with personalised hypnosis audios and worksheets (where appropriate) to reinforce your progress and help you stay motivated between sessions.
This package is ideal if you want a clear structure, personalised tools and regular support to help you reach a healthy weight.
DIAMOND PACKAGE - 1:1 Premium Year-Long Support
Enhanced personalisation, accountability and long-term change
The Diamond Package offers the highest level of ongoing support for those committed to creating lasting, meaningful change in their relationship with food, habits and wellbeing.
Your programme begins with a comprehensive Initial Consultation (1.5–2 hours) to take a full case history, set goals and design a tailored treatment plan. You will then have 7 x fortnightly 1-hour sessions (online or in-person) across 16 weeks, complemented by 30-minute video-call check-in sessions between each fortnightly appointment to maintain momentum and deepen accountability.
You will also receive email and WhatsApp access, allowing for rapid support and more personalised access between sessions. After the initial 16 weeks, the programme continues with 8 x fortnightly 30-minute accountability video calls followed by 4 x monthly accountability video calls, helping you stay on track and embed long-term behavioural change.
This package is ideal for clients who want intensive, bespoke support and accountability coaching throughout the year.
